They are seeking a Help Desk Analyst to join their team! Salary/Hourly Rate:
$19/hr Position Overview:
The Help Desk Analyst will perform Tier 1 level support via phone for the organization's internal and external teams nationwide.
This is an excellent opportunity for anyone seeking to find their first career in the IT space.
This Help Desk Analyst position is remote, however, candidates must be located within the Greater Pittsburgh area to report in office for training and large scales meetings.
Responsibilities of the Help Desk Analyst:
Work with individuals via phone to help troubleshoot issues to the best of your ability prior to escalating Calmly handle inquires from internal and external teams Troubleshoot technical issues with hardware using Windows, Mac, or iOS Reset passwords via Active Directory Escalate bigger issues to Tier 2 and above support as needed Other duties as needed Qualifications for the Help Desk Analyst:
Basic knowledge of Windows, Mac and iOS; experience with Active Directory is a plus Exceptional Customer Service skills Ability to think quickly and efficiently Ability to keep calm under pressure Ability to work with minimal supervision Previous retail experience technical experience is a plus Previous Help Desk experience is a plus Education Requirements:
Associate's degree with a technical focus is preferred

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
