Design world-class electronics hardware for underground equipment.
Engage with an experienced cross-disciplinary team to formulate and design innovative products.
Technical ownership for the hardware design projects.
Lead architecture, design reviews with internal teams and suppliers.
Lead various aspects of electronic product readiness including manufacturability.
Perform testing and validation of hardware prior to their release.
Up to 10% of travel is possible Must Haves:
Minimum 8 years' experience in Electronics hardware design FPGA, PCB, Altium, OrCAD, ASIC, CPU.
Experience successfully leading the development of complex CPU, FPGA and ASIC based PCBA designs.
Extensive experience with Schematic capture, PCB layout and circuit analysis applications such as OrCAD, SPICE, eCADSTAR, Altium etc.
Strong experience in using electronic test equipment such as Logic, spectrum analyzer, network analyzer, Digital Oscilloscope, Multimeter etc.
Detail oriented, consistent, motivated self-starter Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline focused work environment Plusses:
Experience in the design of autonomous sensors such as lidars, radars, cameras is a plus.
Familiarity with safety critical system design and industry standards.
Knowledge of common machine control sensors, actuators, and other typical control devices.
